We are excited to start the next term of rehearsals! We rehearse fortnightly, 7.30pm – 9.00 at Hurworth Grange Community Centre. We are always keen to welcome new players, grade 6+ and enjoy playing a wide range of repertoire. We have a concert on Friday 5th July at Carrville Methodist Church, Durham. We will be joined by students of Durham Music Service who have formed a group called ‘Clarisax’ and is directed by Caroline Roberts. We also Karolina Knott who teaches for the music service performing Capriccio for clarinet solo by Sutermeister.And as an extra special treat you may see our bass clarinet octet perform – here is a fun snippet from our rehearsal this evening performing an Harlequinade by Tellmann, arranged by Johnathan Russel!
